Common questions

Should a roof be pressure washed?
Generally no. High pressure on a tiled roof drives water under the laps and erodes the surface of concrete tiles, shortening their life. Scraping and treating is slower and better.
Will you tell me if you find a problem up there?
Yes, with a photograph. Being on your roof is a good chance to spot a slipped tile or a failed flashing, and you should hear about it either way.
