What it costs, and what changes it

Published figures are not live on this page yet. Every job is quoted individually in the meantime — send a photograph and you will get a real number back, not a range.

What moves the price

So you can see roughly where your job sits before you ask.

Size

The single biggest factor. A four-car block drive is not four times a single bay, but it is not the same price either.

What is growing on it

Light algae rinses off. Established black spot, deep moss and years of tyre rubber take a treatment and a second pass.

The surface itself

Porcelain cleans fast. Old sandstone, imprinted concrete and painted render all need slower, gentler work.

Access

Water and power on site, gates wide enough for the machine, and how far the hose has to run.

Finishing

Re-sanding block paving is included. Sealing is optional and quoted separately, because it needs a dry day and a second visit.

How quoting works

Most jobs can be priced from a photograph and a rough measurement, which saves you an appointment and saves me a drive. If a job genuinely cannot be priced that way — usually because of access or because the contamination is hard to judge from a picture — I will say so and arrange to come and look.

The figure you are given is the figure you pay. If something is found on the day that changes the work, it stops and you are asked first.

A photograph and a rough size is usually all it takes.
