Privacy policy

This explains what AC Exterior does with your personal information, why, and what you can ask for. Last updated 29 July 2026.

Who is responsible

AC Exterior, trading as AC Exterior, is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: [email protected].

What is collected

Only what you type into the quote form, or send by email:

  • Your name and email address.
  • The town or postcode of the property.
  • What needs cleaning, its rough size, and anything you add in the notes.
  • Any photographs you choose to send.

No account is created, no payment details are taken through this website, and no special category data is asked for.

Why it is used

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out the work if you go ahead. The lawful basis is legitimate interest for replying to an enquiry you started, and performance of a contract once you accept a quote.

Your details are never sold, and never shared for anyone else's marketing.

Who else sees it

The quote form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message to the email inbox above. Email itself is handled by the mail provider for acexterior.co.uk. No analytics, advertising or tracking service is used on this website, so no third party is watching your visit.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within twelve months. Records for completed jobs are kept for six years, which is how long UK tax and contract law expects business records to be available.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal reason to keep it. You can also object to it being used. Email [email protected] and it will be dealt with within one month.

If you are not satisfied with the response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on the page rather than made quietly.
