Common questions

Can black spot be removed from sandstone?
Usually, but not with a pressure washer. Black spot is a lichen rooted into the stone and it needs a treatment left to work. Anyone promising to jet it off in one pass is going to scar the slabs.
Will the cleaning kill my plants?
Beds and planting next to the work get rinsed and covered where needed. Tell me about anything particularly precious before the day.
