Driveway cleaning in Suffolk

A driveway is the first thing anyone sees. Years of algae, tyre marks and weed growth come off with the right machine and the right pressure for the surface underneath.

How it is done

  • Surface cleaner attachment rather than a hand lance, so there is no zebra striping.
  • Weeds and moss cleared from the joints before any water goes down.
  • Kiln-dried sand swept back into block paving joints, which is what stops it sinking and re-weeding.
  • Optional sealant once the surface is fully dry.

Priced on size, surface and how much growth is in the joints.

Surfaces covered

  • Block paving
  • Concrete
  • Tarmac
  • Imprinted concrete
  • Shingle edging

Common questions

Will jetwashing damage my block paving?
Not if the joints are re-sanded afterwards. The damage people describe usually comes from a driveway being cleaned and then left with empty joints, which lets blocks shift and weeds return quickly. Re-sanding is part of the job.
How long does a driveway take?
Most domestic driveways are done in a few hours. Larger or heavily contaminated ones can take a full day, and that is made clear in the quote rather than discovered on the day.
Do you need to use my water and electricity?
An outside tap is the usual arrangement. Tell me at the quote stage if that is not available and it can be worked around.
