- Why can render not be jetwashed?
- A pressure washer will strip the thin coloured top coat of modern silicone render and force water behind it. The result is patchy, permanent and expensive. Soft washing applies a treatment at garden-hose pressure instead.
- How long until the wall looks clean?
- Soft washing is not instant. The growth dies immediately but weathers off over the following days and weeks, which is normal and expected.
